When will my order ship?

After your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

How much is shipping?

Orders at or above the defined threshold ship for free. Below it, the fee for the shipping method you select at checkout applies.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Order page with your order number and email. A tracking code is emailed once your order ships.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes. Within 14 days of delivery you can return/exchange unused, tagged items. See Returns & Exchange.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed via PayTR with SSL encryption; your card details are never stored.
