Returns & Exchange

Your satisfaction matters to us. Your rights under Turkish consumer law and our return process are explained below.

Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason and without penalty.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused and unworn (other than trying it on).
• Original tags must be attached and packaging undamaged.
• The invoice and any gifts/accessories must be returned with the item.
• For hygiene reasons, intimate items whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned.

Return Process

1. Send your return request to contact@miaecouture.com with your order number.
2. Once approved, ship the item with our courier partner to the address provided.
3. We inspect the item on arrival and approve the return if conditions are met.

Refunds

Upon approval, the product price and any delivery costs are refunded within 14 days to your original payment method. The time it appears on your statement depends on your bank.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, missing or incorrect item, you may return it free of charge or request an exchange.
